I absolutely loved my stay here! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from amazing restaurants and the beach. The service was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping available whenever I needed them. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and the room amenities were great - everything from ironing facilities to a mini-bar. I especially enjoyed the sitting area and terrace in my room, which had a stunning view of the yachts. The hotel even provided free toiletries and a fully equipped kitchen, which was perfect for cooking a meal for my family. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. I couldn't ask for more!
I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The location is convenient for all Imperia has to offer and for travel up and down the coast by train or around Liguria by road. The view across the marina and over Porto Maurizio is stunning. The hotel has no restaurant open for dinner, which encourages residents to sample the dozens of establishments within reasonable walking distance, many of them quite excellent. There is little choice of hotels in Imperia but only book here if you are prepared for what you will find! Please also note that free parking on the street outside is easy.
As so many reviewers have said, this hotel only rates 4 stars because it has a pool (small but adequate), garden and offers self-catering suites. Otherwise it barely rates 3 stars. As other reviewers have also said, it must be one of the noisiest places in town but does have double-glazed windows, and it is possible to get used to the noise if staying a few nights.

The hotel was not ready for guests in May, the swimming pool was without water and the room for breakfast not in function. The place was extremely noisy with the roads in front and at the backside and the railroad in front. So never go there!

We had a great experience at a hotel in the heart of the town, right near the beautiful port area with great restaurants. Yes, it was close to the train station, but it made it really easy to get a taxi and explore other towns along the coast. the room was cozy, with a bathroom that looked recently updated and was very clean. the breakfast was simple but good, and we enjoyed the view of the pool from our balcony.
The hotel is a bit dated and could use some updates, but it didn't detract from our overall experience.

Views from balcony, location, beach , pool and gardens, Imperia is a lovely town
Mild noise from traffic and railway - but what do you expect in a central location? Furniture could do with an update but loved the crazy ceiling painting.

The location was excellent, close to the yacht port and within walking distance to restaurants. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. The facilities were good and there was a terrace overlooking the port. Taking the train to neighboring towns was convenient.
All good.

The hotel had great amenities including a pool and parking availability. It was also located in an easily accessible area near interesting shops and restaurants. The rooms were well-maintained and modern, with beautiful decor and great sea views.
The noise level was quite high, making it difficult to sleep at night. the air condition unit was not very effective at cooling down the room.

Enjoyed a romantic escape with my partner to this hotel. Loved the pool area and the garden surroundings, offering a peaceful ambiance perfect for relaxation. Also appreciated the option of self-catering, allowing us to have breakfast in bed and enjoy the view from our room's balcony. the location is fantastic, within walking distance to many restaurants and public transport options.
Noise was a major issue as our room was located near a busy train station, disrupting our sleep numerous times throughout the night. the lack of air conditioning made it difficult to stay comfortable during the hot weather.
